1. About Us
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the VDance Company website and the services offered by Veena Bhana Steiner, trading as VDance Company, based in Zürich, Switzerland. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services Offered
VDance Company offers the following services:
- Bollywood and Indian folk dance performances for events, weddings, and corporate occasions
- Dance workshops (group and private)
- Weekly dance classes for adults, teens, and children
- Wedding & Sangeet choreography
- Corporate wellness dance sessions
- Henna by Veena — professional Mehndi artistry for events and weddings
3. Bookings & Enquiries
All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from VDance Company. Submitting an enquiry form or sending a WhatsApp message does not constitute a confirmed booking. Bookings may be subject to availability and a deposit.
4. Payment
Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of booking confirmation. For classes, fees are due before or on the first session unless otherwise agreed. For events, performances and Henna bookings, a deposit may be required to secure the date.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
By the client:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before a confirmed booking may receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
- Cancellations made within 14 days but more than 7 days before the booking may receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking are non-refundable.
By VDance Company: In the event that we must cancel or reschedule, clients will be offered a full refund or a rescheduled date at no additional cost.
6. Classes Policy
- Class fees are non-refundable once a session has commenced.
- Missed classes are not refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability.
- VDance Company reserves the right to change class schedules, instructors, or venues with reasonable notice.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in dance classes.
7. Photography & Video
VDance Company may photograph or film classes, performances, and events for promotional purposes. By attending or booking, you consent to being included unless you notify us in writing beforehand.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, videos, choreography, and branding, is the property of VDance Company and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
VDance Company shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our classes or events, unless caused by our gross negligence. Participants take part at their own risk and are advised to consult a physician if they have any health concerns.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zürich, Switzerland.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page.
